Labtron manufactures the Lab Spray Dryer, a spray drying machine designed for converting liquid feedstock into fine powder for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, cosmetic, and material science applications. It processes up to 3000 ml/h with dual-fluid nozzle atomization, producing particle sizes from 1 to 80 µm while supporting laboratory-scale powder development workflows. A SUS-304 stainless steel structure, adjustable temperature control, and automatic or manual operation modes support drying processes for aqueous and selected solvent-based formulations.
