Labtron manufactures the Portable Chlorophyll Meter, a handheld SPAD meter for nondestructive leaf chlorophyll measurement in agriculture, horticulture, and plant research. It measures 0.0 to 99.9 SPAD and provides readings within 3 seconds. A 2 × 2 mm optical measurement area supports rapid assessment of plant nitrogen status and crop stress in field and greenhouse environments.
