Shelaine and Derek Maxfield share a belief that society can change for the better, one life at a time. That belief inspired Saprea, the nonprofit they established in 2014 to address the widespread issue of child sexual abuse. As founder and board chair, Shelaine directs Saprea’s vision and speaks globally on healing and prevention. Derek, as Younique CEO and Saprea board member, combines entrepreneurial leadership with a philanthropic promise to create lasting impact. In 2021, they founded the Derek & Shelaine Maxfield Family Foundation.
