Dr. Brian Kwetkowski is a highly accomplished and board-certified physician with 
decades of experience in family and community medicine. 
Dr. Brian Kwetkowski first achieved Board Certification with the American Board of 
Family Physicians in 1999 and has since demonstrated his continued commitment 
to excellence through recertifications in 2005 and 2013. 
His dedication to maintaining the highest clinical standards reflects his passion for 
lifelong learning and quality patient care.
Early in his career, Dr. Brian Kwetkowski distinguished himself as a leader among 
his peers while serving as Chief Resident in Family Medicine from 1998 to 1999. In 
this role, he was responsible for mentoring residents, supporting clinical training, 
and helping to improve patient care practices within the program.
From 1999 to 2002, Dr. Brian Kwetkowski practiced at Hillside Family Medicine, a 
private medical group, where he provided comprehensive primary care services. 
During this time, he became known for building strong, trusting relationships with 
his patients and for his ability to communicate clearly and compassionately. His 
patient-centered approach and professionalism earned him widespread respect
