Dr. Brian Kwetkowski completed his internship and residency training at the 
University of Massachusetts Medical Center from 1996 to 1999, where he 
gained extensive hands-on experience in family medicine and community 
health. 
His outstanding service and dedication to patient care were later recognized when 
he was named Rhode Island Primary Care Physician of the Year in 2019, a 
prestigious honor reflecting his impact on the field.
Since 2002, Dr. Brian Kwetkowski has served as the School Physician for the Town 
of Johnston, Rhode Island, where he plays a vital role in promoting student health, 
preventive care, and wellness programs. 
In addition, Dr. Brian Kwetkowski provides medical services as a Sports Physician 
at Providence College, supporting student-athletes through injury prevention, 
treatment, and rehabilitation.
Dr. Brian Kwetkowski earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree 
from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine between 
1992 and 1996.
