Dr. Brian Kwetkowski is a board-certified family physician whose career reflects a 
sustained commitment to clinical excellence, leadership, and community service.
Dr. Brian Kwetkowski achieved board certification in 1999 through the American Board 
of Family Medicine (formerly known as the American Board of Family Physicians) and 
successfully completed recertification in 2005 and 2013, demonstrating his continued 
dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards in family medicine.
Early in his career, Dr. Brian Kwetkowski served as Chief Resident in Family Medicine 
from 1998 to 1999, a role that highlighted both his clinical competence and leadership 
abilities. 
During this time, Dr. Brian Kwetkowski mentored junior residents, coordinated aspects 
of clinical training, and contributed to the academic and operational strength of the 
residency program. 
He completed his internship and residency training at the University of Massachusetts 
Medical Center between 1996 and 1999, where he gained comprehensive experience 
in primary care and patient management.
