advisory services partner in Ernst & Young, New York, NY. He has 
concealed many multinational corporations and owns his own 
practice where he gives advice to the new startups.  
Elliot Maza was a chief financial officer and director until 2009, then 
he became consulting CEO, CFO, and director until 2017, currently, he 
is a part-time President. He has worked together with the founder of 
the company to establish a successful biotechnology company.
