Prashant’s journey began in 2010 with Ary Enterprises, where he established 
himself as a trusted real estate broker in Pune. Over the years, he completed 
over 50 high-value flat sales and more than 200 rental deals, laying the 
foundation for a career built on trust and reliability.
In 2017, he transitioned from sales to development with Ashtang Construction. 
Projects like Prashant Plaza and the Ashtang Bungalo Scheme showcased his ability 
to deliver affordable yet high-quality housing, creating opportunities for 
families to build secure futures.
Real Estate & Hospitality: Building Experiences, Not 
Just Spaces
Prashant expanded into hospitality with Green Coriander Hospitality India Pvt. 
Ltd., launching a 2,300-square-foot restaurant in Pune. His focus is to craft a 
community-centric dining experience that supports local talent and creates 
jobs, while celebrating food as a cultural expression.
Whether in homes or restaurants, his ventures are designed to go beyond 
transactions—building connections, experiences, and livelihoods.
Driving Change Through Skill Development
In 2018, Prashant founded the Nischay Foundation, a nonprofit organisation that 
empowers women through skill-based training. To date, over 5,500 women have 
been trained in tailoring, makeup, and financial literacy. His work is helping women 
achieve economic independence and leadership in their communities.
Expanding Horizons: IT & Financial Literacy
By 2019, Prashant had entered the IT infrastructure space with Ary ITIES Solution 
Pvt. Ltd.. His Hinjewadi Tech Park Project, a 120,000 sq. ft. land parcel 
with 720,000 sq. ft. of premium IT space, represents a significant step toward 
supporting India’s digital growth.
Through Crown Skills Sharemarket Classes, he has also trained 1,000+ 
learners in stock market strategies, equity, and options trading—helping individuals 
take control of their financial futures.
