products produced with proled Pre-Painted 
Zinc Coated, Galvalume Coated Steel, Stainless 
Steel Sheets and combined with PUF / EPS /

IN SITU SANDWICH ROOFING SYSTEM
The EPACK In Situ Sandwich Roong system is 
composed of four elements. Outer Roof Top Sheet, 
Vapor Barrier Sheet, Rockwool / Glasswool 
Insulation, and the Roof Bottom Sheet, which are 
placed directly on site. The main advantage of this 
type of roong system is that it allows total freedom 
when dening each of its components both to 
optimize their performance and to achieve it.

STANDING SEAM ROOFING SYSTEM
EPACK is providing a single length color coated 
standing seam roong system that offers the freedom 
to create truly extraordinary buildings.
These roong systems have double structural multi

weather durability and greater resistance to wind 
uplift.

EPACK Liftable Cabins is built on efciently designed structures as per IS code, using steel frame and light-weight 
protective dry walls (sandwich panels). One liftable cabin consists of Top Frame, Bottom Frame, 4 Posts and 
exchangeable wall panels which can be simply assembled in modules, with the components bolted together, and 
can be quickly assembled and dismantled .

polyurethane foam as core insulation having 40+2kg/m3 density with three sides PVC frame directly

Kishtwar, apart from being one of the beautiful places in J&K that is 
located at a height of 5,300 feet and 238 km away from the Jammu, 
working here for JP Associates, Hydro Project was one of the challenging 
projects for us.  EPACK has started this project during the winter season 
and at this time temperature goes to a minus degree, roads were closed 
due to snow and sudden rain was making the situation worst after all 
these challenges, EPACK team had completed this project in just 45 days. 
In this project, we used Prefabricated Structures and PUF Insulated 
Panels for Roof and Walls for Ground Storied Living Accommodation 
and G+1 Storied Site Ofce Buildings.

This site infra of area 1.6 lakh sqft. for Shapoorji Pallonji was built in New Delhi. The Buildings will be used as  a Staff 
Accommodation and Site Ofce for more than 3000 staffs who worked in New Exhibition Centre Construction at Pragati Maidan.
In this project we had used K-system house with Insulated sandwich panel system that provides high insulation on the walls and roofs 
and Insulated Pre-Engineered Buildings. 
Out of 14 buildings, 6 buildings were G+1 and other 6 buildings were G+2 for living accommodation and 2 PEB Site Ofces for 
admin works.

When Aesthetic Look, Durable Structures and Quick Installation all is in clients 
priority list then you can only go with the Prefabricated Structures that we built for 
Hankuk Constructions in Greater Noida.
For this project we used Prefabricated Steel Columns and Rockwool Panels for Wall 
and Roof to provide a better insulation. To make the wall more cleaner and atter, 
we used high density Rockwool with more thicker color steel sheet and also used 
Gypsum Board for false ceiling for a better interior.
This project had 2 Pre Engineered Buildings, One for Ofce Buildings with a seating 
capacity of 120 people in single oor with reception area and 2 washrooms.
Second was for Canteen Building with Seating capacity of 550 people and a 
separate kitchen space.
