Abby Agboola 
• Abby Agboola is the President and CEO of Fadmo Health and Home Care Agency. The 
organization has approximately 350 employees with two locations within the servicing areas. Ms 
Agboola is a caring, dynamic CEO who ensures the agency delivers excellent care to our clients. 
Abby Agboola founded the organization in September 2002 as Fadmo International Corporation. 
Abby Agboola is a Registered Nurse by profession, with degrees from Rutgers University and 
UMDNJ
Lucy Geller 
• Lucy Geller started working with Fadmo Health and Home Care in June of 2019.Prior to that she 
worked at Sherpard Nursing Home. Nurse Lucy began her nursing education in Russia twenty 
five years ago and she has worked as a nurse in many different area of medicine. Nurse Lucy 
serves as the director of patient care services and the Head teacher for the Fadmo Health and

• She is the Chairperson of the Continuous Improvement Committee which meets every three 
months to review files for both workers and patients. If necessary, the Committee recommends 
corrective actions for anything that is found wrong and oversees the implementation and re-
evaluation of any corrective measures, including chart review and proper documentation. 
Nurse Lucy is a New York State Licensed private teacher school license and is married with two 
grown children.
Adebola Adebayo 
• Adebola “Raf” Adebayo has served as the office administrator for Fadmo since 2009. He has 
over a decade of experience with managing clients, employees and continues to focus on 
making Fadmo the premier home healthcare agency of the Tri-State Area. Mr. Adebayo is 
currently responsible for day-to-day operations of the staff, as well as improving operations 
and performance through driving technological advances in the technology. Mr Adebayo 
manages human resource services, policies and programs for the Corporation. He directs 
recruiting and staffing; performance management; training and development; policies and 
procedures; employee relations and compensation and benefit administration.

Ayo Onagoruwa 
• Ayo has served as payroll manager since 2011. He is in charge of managing payroll, as 
well as managing recruiting and staffing

• And due to the growing demand for e-learning today each leading institute requires a 
high-speed trouble-free automated Wi-Fi management system on their campus. As it 
helps their teachers to deliver their online courses. They can provide online classes to 
students. And Wi-Fi management system can provide both students and faculties a 
roaming Internet connectivity in the whole campus in a secure manner. 
•  Administration has complete control over the campus Wi-Fi as it's a cloud base service 
which can be regulated anywhere and anytime. 
• Administration can provide each student with a unique password that is locked to only 
one device, which means students cannot misuse the password as it won't work in 
other systems.
•  Administrators can set the download and upload speed to each password along with 
that there is a validity of each voucher-like 1 Yr, 2 yrs, 3 yrs which they can provide to a
