This innovative modular structure allows for easy updatability, allowing for the 
addition of a variety of Feige accessories. The Plug and Fill pail / can filling station, 
commonly known as type 14, is a filler that accepts empty pails and automatically 
fills them with up to 60 kilogram's of product.
This system is suitable for hazardous zones 1 and 2. Hazardous regions are classed as 
Zone 0, Zone 1, or Zone 2 depending on the likelihood of flammable material 
concentrations.
A combustible concentration of substance is described as one that is likely to be 
present under normal operating settings or that occurs frequently as a result of repair, 
leaking, or maintenance activities. The type 19 version supports a maximum quantity 
of 300 kilos for quantities more than 60 kilograms.
Instead of smaller pails and cans, these 300 kg are usually big drums. To provide 
mobility, the station can be put on rollers. To accurately regulate the device filling 
process and meet W&M certified filling criteria, a programmable logic controller is 
used.
The can filler, also known as type OC, is an automated filler that can fill cans up to 40 
kilos in volume. It can be used to plug bungholes that are below, above, or even 
below ground level. It is modular in design, allowing it to automate a variety of 
operational operations.
Cans, for example, can be fed into the system one by one. Cans can be de-bunged and 
re-bunged as needed. The system can incorporate can cap sealing, labelling, and 
palletizing. Most crucially, it can fill to W&M's filling specifications.
