 Nestled in the historic town of Ferncliff, CO (the first certified dairy community 
in Colorado) the Ferncliff Ranch & Resort properties are being meticulously 
restored with seven luxurious cabins, a three room motel, large event barn, 
recording & movement studio, and a small fishing pond around this beautiful 
setting.
 Located adjacent to the majestic fourteen thousand foot Longs Peak and pristine 
Wild Basin, where miles of trails leading to waterfalls, lakes and high mountain 
meadows transport you into a land of enchantment. From the property, you’re 
just a short drive to Estes Park and all that Rocky Mountain National Park has to 
offer.
The Sleepy Hollow property is the crown jewel of Ferncliff Ranch & Resort. It has a 
meticulously restored rustic ranch main cabin with a gourmet kitchen and two master 
bedrooms, each with a beautifully furnished bathroom with solid granite steam 
showers; a separate studio “Bunkhouse” writer’s cabin with gorgeous views towards 
Longs Peak; and a historic renovated “Spa Barn” with a spring-fed hot tub and 
movement/gathering/lounge space. 
With a hangout area right on Rock Creek 
and nestled in a majestic aspen grove, there 
is plenty of outdoor space that is ideal for a 
personal, family or business retreat.
Nestled in the woods and off the beaten path, our Lodge Rooms are a quaint but 
beautifully restored space with three individual rooms (two that connect) and high-end 
finishes and furnishings throughout.
Each Lodge Room bathroom has high-end 
finishes and steam showers, and each room 
has its own private back porch and shared 
front porch seating areas. And our Lodge 
Rooms share an outdoor space with a hot 
tub, grill and hang-out areas next to the hills 
of Ferncliff!
The spectacularly renovated Main 
Lodge has three separate master suites 
and two master bathrooms, each with a 
steam shower and fantastic finishes. 
This historic lodge has been 
meticulously restored to its former 
glory and includes a library living room 
with a huge stone fireplace and 
surrounding bookshelves, as well as a 
full kitchen and dining room.
All of our Ferncliff Ranch & Resort guests have access to the private fishing pond 
located on the Ranch property. Come by the Fishing Hut to grab a rod and reel and 
some fishing tackle. The pond is stocked with Rocky Mountain Trout from our 
local fishery, and each guest can take home one fish per day to cook up for dinner!
