Braided copper wire is extensively used in electrical and manufacturing setup for its flexible and durable nature. A braided copper wire stands sturdy against its variants, such as solid copper wire due to its malleable properties. There are three types of copper braids, Round, Tubular, and Flat. The braided copper wire helps in minimizing the heat, thus prevents short circuits, electric shock, and reduces voltage fluctuations. The copper braid is produced through weaving the fine strands of copper filaments. It boasts flexibility, which is measured through the diameter of the wire, adjusting it into the desired length.
