No Transaction Charges are payable if Buyer is either Government(Buyer) or CPSE (Buyer) and the Seller is a CPSE. However, if suchcontract is generated through a bidding process in which PrivateEntities are also allowed to bid along with CPSE bidders then thisexemption will not be applicable and CPSE seller would also be requiredto pay Transaction Charges.
