The new Revenue Policy 1.5 has been effective from 09th 
August 2024 on all bids published on GeM portal with bid 
opening date on or after 09th August 2024 . In respect of 
Direct Purchase/L1buying, this model is applicable on all 
orders placed on GeM portal on or after 09th August 
2024 .
