About Us:-
Ghee is an Ayurvedic, boiled butter, also known as butter fat or 
clarified butter. In Ayurveda, ghee is considered the golden elixir, 
which plays an important role in Ayurvedic healing when used 
internally and externally. Due to its purity and exquisite taste, it 
cannot be missing from our range of otherwise only vegetable 
fats. This way we share our love for India and Ayurvedic cuisine.
We obtain our ghee from the raw milk butter from the Bachtel dairy in the 
Zurich mountains, because the quality of the milk and animal husbandry 
play a major role in the end result. There are different, sometimes very 
complex, processes for producing butterfat. As a rule, the butter is melted 
and the water it contains first evaporates. The milk components, which 
settle on the surface like foam, are then skimmed off.
