Meet Dr. Marissa Spica
                     Meet Dr. Marissa Spica
Dr. Marissa Spica was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She received
her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University.
Her  educational  pursuits  brought  her  to  the  outskirts  of  Chicago  where  she
received  her  dental  degree.  Dr.  Spica  graduated  from  Midwestern  University
summa cum laude and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental
honors fraternity. Upon graduation, Midwestern University honored her with the
Excellence in Patient Care Award, an award given to those that go above and
beyond to ensure their patients have a positive dental experience.
After dental school, Dr. Spica ventured to New York City for her post-graduate
training. She attended New York University where she received her certificate in
orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.
Dr. Spica is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and
is board eligible through the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Spica is a first-generation college graduate, dental graduate, and specialist!
She  is  passionate  about  creating  beautiful  and  functional  smiles.  Most
importantly, she loves building relationships with her patients and their families
and wants her patients to feel their absolute best!
When she is out of the office, Dr. Spica is usually spending time with her loved
ones, exploring the city, or trying new restaurants and coffee shops. She also
enjoys reading, camping, baking, and traveling.
