Tagging an Area
The first order of business to secure an area is understanding the entirety of it. By patrolling, one

You can then use our robust touchpoints to tag the area at multiple locations called checkpoints. 
Each checkpoint represents an area to patrol or a task to be done, depending on the end goal of this 
system.
Routine
To prevent fires, checkpoints are usually placed in areas which need regular checks. For instance, a 
checkpoint placed near a fire exit prompts the marshal to check if the fire exit isn’t blocked and is 
always ready to use.
Placing these in tasks related to each other helps in creating useful routines which will ease the task 
of securing any place or building.
Proof of Presence
Initiating a routine without the right hardware & software could result in complete chaos. With 
nothing to look after the system, there would be no concrete proof whether the guards followed a 
schedule or not.
Hence, setting up touch buttons is crucial for proof of presence reporting. Upon completing the task,
when the guard taps on this with his/her data reader, it registers the name of the device used, along 
with the time and date for accurate proof of presence.
Reporting
All the data from the data readers can be collected & transferred with ease to make useful reports.
By connecting the readers to the PC via a USB cable, you can transfer information into the Patrol 
management software’s database. This chronological and descriptive data can be viewed, 
analysed and exported into an excel format whenever needed.
All these features make it possible for the fire monitoring system to double up and be used as a 
safety system. This can be used in places like residential buildings, offices, commercial factories and 
high-rise buildings.
