Introducti
Sohako Flexipack Pvt Ltd, a prominent manunfacturer in the Flexible Packaging 
Industry, faced critical challenges at their 
factory on Mehsana Highway, Rajpur. Their 
printing and packaging processes released 
volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and 
hazardous chemicals, while the heating of 
plastic resins produced noxious fumes, 
creating an uncomfortable and unhealthy 
work environment for employees.
Problem

result in the emission of harmful 
substances into the air. Moreover, the 
heating and melting of plastic resins 
produce noxious fumes, posing 
challenges for workers to perform their 
tasks efficiently and safely.
Action Plan
To address this issue, KRISSVENT proposed 
the installation of 20 units of their KVS 900 
Industrial Exhaust Fans, boasting an 
airflow capacity of 30,000 m3 per hour. 
Maintaining a rate of 20 Air Changes Per 
Hour (ACPH) ensured constant air 
circulation and efficient removal of fumes 
and heat from the workspace.
Success 
The results were remarkable. The
