John Di Flaviano is a former condo auditor and NOW Realtor who specializes in the sales of
condominiums in Ontario Canada. As a condo specialist, I not only focus on Toronto condos but new

that could be so further from the truth. If someone does not know the issues, the future obligations,
the financial snapshot of the condo than how can they know if buying that condo will translate into a

motto is, I would never suggest my clients buy a Condo unless it’s something that I believed in and
