How to Undo a Reconciliation in QuickBooks 
Online
To undo reconciliation in QuickBooks, follow these steps:
Go to the "Banking" menu and select "Reconcile."
In the "ReconcileBooks" window, select the account you want 
to undo the reconciliation for.
Click on the "Undo" button located at the top right corner of the 
window.
Confirm that you want to undo the reconciliation by clicking 
"Yes."
QuickBooks will then ask you to enter the statement ending date 
of the reconciliation that you want to undo.
Click "Continue" and then "OK" to complete the process.
