Introduction to ISO Certification
ISO certification is a journey for continual improvement of systems
and processes which can be validated by an independent third party.
Although ISO governing body does not ask for accreditation, it is
highly recommended to avail accreditation for those certifiable
standards. There are ISO standards where accreditation is applicable
like ISO 17025 and ISO 17020 for which accreditation bodies will be
invited for assessment and accreditation.
