 Export Declaration Number (EDN): An EDN is a unique number assigned by the 
Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. It is an official reference 
number that identifies your export. The EDN is expressed as a three-digit 
number, followed by an "X" followed by four digits. You can use this format when 
completing your export documents.  
 Pre Receival-Advice (PRA): PRA provides clients with information about their 
ImpexDocs business, its operations, and any risks associated with the transaction. The PRA can include information offered to clients as part of an offer or before they sign 
an agreement.  
Export  Request for Permit (RFP): An RFP is a document submitted to the Department of 
Agriculture. It requests export documentation for a consignment of meat or
