The University of Hawaii student Jacob LaBelle is approaching the conclusion 
of his academic career. However, he has a lot of achievements in his life. 
From 2008 to 2010, he was awarded a two-year US Human Rights Network 
Scholarship as a Human Rights Presenter at the Chicago and Atlanta 
Summits.
