 Plates are moved above the pallet and lowered. 
 A motor driven pusher pushes the first row of 
containers above the plate to its palletizing position. 
 The plate withdraws by the size of one container row. 
The pusher returns to its initial position. 
 The following rows are transferred as described 
above.
