Solution 1: Restoring the backup company file in QB
Retrieving the backup company file is used to create a new company file. If the
backup file is saved on an external device, copy & paste it to the local hard drive.
• Now, in the QB application, move to the File menu & choose Open or Restore
Company.
• Then, click on Next after selecting Restore a backup copy.
• Your company file looks like [Your company name].qbb. Browse for it in your
system.
• Then, choose a folder to store the restore file & click Open.

Solution 2: Verify if your system is not hosting
