License.

• First & foremost, if your QB is opened on the desktop, close it.
• Now, from the Windows Start, type in Run in the Search box respectively.
• Now, type C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8 & hit Enter.
However, if the files cannot be opened, then type
C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v6.
• Now, if you find a file named: EntitlementDataStore.ecml, right-click on it &
choose the Delete option & then Yes.
• Then, again open the QB Desktop & from there, go to the company file.
