Project Overview
We recently completed an insulation project for a commercial building in California.
This project involved attic insulation installation, wall insulation, and attic cleaning
services for a large office complex. Our goal was to enhance energy efficiency and
comfort for the building's occupants.
Initial Assessment
Our team began with a thorough energy audit to assess the current state of the

Attic Insulation Installation
We started by removing the old, deteriorated insulation from the attic. Once the
area was clean, we installed new, high-quality spray foam insulation. This type of

Wall Insulation
Next,  we  moved  on  to  the  walls.  We  used  a  combination  of  spray  foam  and
fiberglass batt insulation to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency. The spray
foam was applied first to seal any cracks and gaps, followed by the fiberglass batts
for  added  insulation.  This  method  significantly  improved  the  building’s  thermal
envelope.
Attic Cleaning Services
Before installing the new insulation, we performed a comprehensive attic cleaning.
This step was crucial to remove any debris, dust, and pests that had accumulated
over the years. A clean attic not only ensures better insulation performance but also
