CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the best
therapies for the treatment of Anxiety and Phobias. And the
reason for this is the process CBT uses, we use the strategy of
divide and rule. CBT focuses on the problem and is a very
structured process unlike other psychotherapies, we will
discuss more about the problem rather than your day-to-day

Initial sessions will focus more on identifying the problem and

and based on that few measures will be suggested for the
treatment. In case you are not comfortable with the process we
will look for more alternatives. And future sessions will be
conducted as per the decided course of treatment. And we will
record the improvements on after every session.
