Printing & UV-coating (drip-off)
This is the second phase or our 
production process in which the 
designs take shape and begin 
converted into actual pages. We have 
in house 4 & 5 color offset printers 
alonwith different kinds of lamination 
machines to get superior quality finish 
to our products. We are able to print 
universal colours with Glossy, matt or 
polyster finish. With the capacity to 
churn out nore than 1,00,000+ boxes 
in a day we are able to deliver the 
finest quality finish in our products.
Corrugation
This is the next stage of our 
production process made from a 
combination of two sheets of paper 
called liners that are glued together 
with an adhesive to a corrugated 
inner medium called a fluting. At 
SBIPL we use automated machines 
during this process to get the best 
quality boxes which are sturdy and 
designed to match highest standards.
Die cutting, Pasting & Pinning
This is the final stage of our 
production process where 
designes are actually cut and 
molded as per their size and 
layout.
Both automated and manual 
intervention is required in this 
step.
We have automatic & manual 
dye cutting machines for this 
process.
