Excellent Resistance to Stain
Lexan Cliniwall sheet is easy to clean. It is even highly resistant to
stains caused by iodine, blood and other stains in public facilities.
This sheet has also been tested for urine or bloodstains. After 24
hours of incubation at 37°C, it was observed that it resists stains
to a great extent.
The stains on the cladding sheet can easily be cleaned using a
paper towel and hot water. Even the test proved that the sheet
had no stain marks even when it was stained for more than 48
hours.

Provides Better Fire Safety
As per the European standard EN 13501-1, the performance
criteria number is provided for building products to ensure fire
safety. You’ll be glad to know that these cladding sheets are
certified with the given fire safety number, ensuring high
resistance to fire. It even provides resistance to flame and smoke
and doesn’t even contribute to fire accidents. Therefore, it’s a
great cladding material for public spaces like hospitals, malls and
other areas.

High Chemical Resistance
Lexan Cliniwall sheet has also been tested for chemical resistance
against rubbing alcohol (isopropanol), which is a common
disinfectant used in hospitals. The Lexan cladding wall sheet
samples were stored within 0 and 1.0% strain at 23°C in contact
with isopropanol for up to seven days.
After seven days, the appearance of these sheets was checked,
along with their tensile properties. The test samples showed that
these sheets remained in-effected by rubbing alcohol and didn’t
have any signs of deterioration. This proves that these wall
cladding sheets are resistant to basic chemicals (like cleaning
agents) commonly found in hospitals and other public buildings.
