What are Corporate Laws
 Corporate Laws are also known as Business Laws.
 They mean the law administering the rights, relations, and direct of people, 
organizations, associations and organizations.

legitimately from the life-cycle of a company

 These taxes may include: Income Tax, Estimated Tax, Employment Tax, 
Excise Tax

This kind of tax is based on the wages and hours of an employee, Workplace 
safety, security, Medical insurance, etc.

3. Antitrust Laws
Any time a company conspires with its competitors, third-party vendors, or other 
relevant parties, it may run afoul of antitrust laws.
This law contains both the federal and state laws.
4. Advertising Law
 For advertisement of brand you have to keep some regulations in Your mind.
 For an instance You need to check if the contents in your ads are truthful or 
honest.

 As per this law You have to ensure Your business does not 
hamper your employees’ privacy and does not disclose their 
confidential information like personal email ids and contact 
number.
8. Insurance
 For a listed company insurance of the office building, it’s resources including 
employees and assets must have designated insurance.
9. Reporting sales data
 If your organization has more than 100 employees then You must reveal how 
much you’re paying them, what’s your revenue generated, ethnicity, gender 
equity, etc.
10. Collecting sales tax 
 This law states that a business should assemble sales tax in any condition of 
which it has a physical affiliation (known as a "nexus"). 
 That nexus may mean a physical retail shop, or enrolling laborers in the state, 
even online sellers may need to assemble sales tax in any express that they
