2021, Blacksoil group, backed the India Management team of Walton Street Capital to buy the
latter’s India Debt business through a Management Buyout.
WSB’s Management team has an average of 20+ years of professional experience, including a
tenure of over 13 years working together, where they helped build Walton Street Capital’s India
debt  business  since  inception,  and  are  ably  supported  by  a  deep  bench  of  talented
professionals each with a diverse industry and functional experience.
The overall team brings on board a cumulative experience of 100+ years advising, managing
real  estate  investments  in  India  across  multiple  asset  classes.  With  strong  stakeholder
relationships, institutional mindset to investing and hands-on approach to asset management,
