Every word starts to be more impactful when powered with the voice, 
and  that is what voice-over artists do. Voice actors make use of the 
right tone  and style to convey a message or story. Empowering every 
word with his  passionate voice, the Kevin Rineer voice-over artist is 
recognized by many.  He started imitating things and people from an 
early age, which shows how  zestful he was for speaking. Following it, 
he went on to earn a training of  three years. This way, he paved his 
way towards becoming a voice-over  artist. Over the past years, his 
voice became a part of many video games  and commercial projects 
globally.

Kevin Rineer have been voice act ing since 2013 most ly  work ing  w i t h  
 long - fo rm narrations, character work , and  commercials . My voice, 
 however, is no t  l im i t ed  to  those types of projects as I have done   
ADR and  phone  systems.
The "giants" of the  VO industry whose shoulders I s tand on  are Bil l  
 DeWees, Dave Fennoy, Richard Horvitz and  Crispin Freeman.
