Download and Install

• Tap on mcafee.com/activate.
• Click any of the two: My Account or Sign-in.
• If you are an existing McAfee user, then type the email address of 
your McAfee account.
• Then, type the password and tap on Login.
• For the new McAfee users, tap on Register Now.
• After that, enter the details like your first name, last name, and email 
address.
• Then, make a secure and robust password.
• After reading the McAfee Privacy Policy and License agreement, tap 
on "I Agree".
• First, choose the type of device on which you want to install McAfee 
antivirus.
• Choose the McAfee program that you want to install.
• Tap on the option "Download".
• Read & accept the License Agreement.
Install McAfee to Mac or a Windows
        PC from a different device
You can use the below-given steps to install your McAfee program on a 
secondary computer such as on the Mac or PC of your child from your 
primary device. Here are the steps to follow: -
• First of all, start the process on your primary computer.
• Tap on mcafee.com/activate.
• Tap either on Sign-in or My Account.
• Enter your email address and password.

Here is how to send a McAfee download link to your 
secondary device
Tap on My Account.
Tap on Subscriptions.
Tap on the Add Device option mentioned below the McAfee product that you wish to 
install.
Choose the device type like Mac or Windows.
Tap on the option Send Link.
Now, enter the email address for the email account on Mac or PC on which you want 
to install the product.
Tap on Send Email.
An email with the download link will be sent to your device on which you wish to

Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Activate McAfee Subscription
Open a web browser and tap on com/activate.
Choose your language and country.
Enter Product Key from your retail card.
Then, mention your email address.
Tap on the Submit button.
Confirm that your email address is correct when prompted.
If it is incorrect, then return to the previous screen.
Tap on Edit and make corrections in your email address.
Tap on Verify.
Congrats! Your Product is activated.

Activate Your McAfee Mobile 
Security
Open either messages app or email on your Android device.
Search for the messages sent by McAfee: This message contains your product key.
Tap on Mobile Security.
Click on the User icon appearing on the top-right.
Click on " Got a product key".
Click on the Product Key you have received.
Confirm it by creating a Six-digit PIN.
Press down the orange circle appearing at the top right.
Choose " Set your security questions".
Enter the Six-digit PIN and choose two questions.
Now, give two correct answers.
Click on the Save
Press Activate Uninstall Protection. Mcafee.com/activate
Press Activate.
Press Finish.
