Amazon Prime Video Issue while
Browsing the Chrome Web Browser
1 – Make sure that your Chrome web browser for the 
desktop is fully  up to date. Now check for the available web 
browser updates by going  to Settings > About Chrome. You 
will be prompted to download and  install any of the 
available updates.
2 – In your Chrome web browser, type the 
chrome://components into  the address bar and hit on the 
enter button. Now click on the “Check  for Update” option 
under the Wide vine Content Decryption Module and  install 
for any available updates.
Amazon Prime Video Title Issue While 
Playing  the Prime Video
1.Close the Prime Video service app on your device (or on your web 
browser. If you are  watching Amazon Prime on your computer) and 
restart the Prime Video service app  again after some seconds.
2.Make ensure that your device or the web browser has the latest Prime 
Video service  update.
3.Ensure that you are not using the same account on multiple devices. 
You can only  stream the same title up to two devices at a time.
4.Ensure that any of the external devices connected to your TV or display 
using an HDMI  cable is compatible with HDCP 1.4 (for HD content) and 
HDCP 2.2 (for UHD and/or HDR  content).
