perseverance and today, we stand proud as one of the best logistics companies in India with our 
honest and trustworthy service.
All this started in the year 1919 when our founder Late Shri Liladhar Pasoo Shah started as 
Customs House Agent in India and continued to strive to build a name for the company. The
business took pace and years of struggle brought good times to this journey. In 1982, Liladhar Pasoo 
Forwarders Pvt. Ltd was formed and the Custom House Agent license was availed. New offices
were opened at Kandla and Mundra ports, this also opened the company’s gates to the North.
Constant efforts paid off and LP (India) Logistics Pvt. Ltd. was formed, The company received its 
MTO licence to expand its International Freight Forwarding Business.
The growth gained pace and one by one LP opened offices at Delhi, Chennai-Bengaluru, Kolkata, 
Ahmedabad-Bharuch-Pipavav to strengthen our presence in the North, the South, the East and the 
West respectively. This was a great leap for the company which eventually gained us numerous 
noteworthy recognition. The year 2015 marked one of the most significant years in the company’s 
success journey. LP was given the “Freight of the Year” award for its trustworthy and flawless 
service.
In all these years we have grown steadily and got recognised as one of the first few 360 degrees
logistics solution provider. Understanding the details and developing innovative work solutions with 
in-depth knowledge forms the base of our prime driving force. With all our efforts and intentions to 
make good relations with our customers and business associates, we wish to flourish in our journey 
ahead.
