MARK FRISSORA
Mark Frissora is a Fortune 500 business 
executive, Board Member, and non-executive 
member with 40+ years of experience in senior 
corporate leadership for both public and private 
companies with a global footprint. From 2015 to 
2019, he served as the President and CEO of 
Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR). 
Prior to that, Mark was the Chairman and Chief 
Executive Officer of 2 publicly listed, Fortune 500 
member enterprises: Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. 
(NYSE: HTZ) from 2006 to 2014; and Tenneco 
Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: TEN) from 1999 to 2006.
