At the beginning of his legal career, Matt Conway practiced in the area 
of real estate law, where he developed practical knowledge of contracts, 
negotiations, and property-related legal matters.
His professional path later moved into public service within the criminal 
justice system. From 2005 to 2007, he served as an Assistant County 
Attorney, handling a range of criminal and administrative cases.
Between 2009 and 2011, Matt Conway served as Commonwealth Attorney, 
prosecuting criminal matters while gaining substantial experience in the 
courtroom.
Through these positions, he developed a strong understanding of 
prosecution strategies, evidence assessment, and the preparation 
of cases for trial.
After completing his public service, Matt Conway entered private practice 
with the Ron Aslam Law Office.
During his five years there, he represented clients in serious and high-stakes 
criminal defense matters, drawing on his prior prosecutorial experience to 
develop effective defense strategies. This chapter of his career further 
strengthened his litigation skills and his ability to represent clients facing 
significant legal challenges.
