After completing law school, Matt Conway initially practiced in the area of 
real estate law, gaining valuable experience in legal research, contract 
negotiation, and client counseling. 
While this early work broadened his legal perspective, Matt Conway soon 
discovered that his true passion lay in courtroom litigation and public service. 
This realization led him to transition into criminal prosecution, where he 
accepted the role of Assistant County Attorney from 2005 to 2007. 
In this position, Matt Conway handled a wide variety of criminal matters, 
working closely with law enforcement agencies, victims, and the courts to 
uphold the law and ensure fair administration of justice.
Matt Conway later continued his public service as a Commonwealth Attorney 
from 2009 to 2011, prosecuting serious felony cases and gaining extensive 
trial experience. These years provided him with invaluable insight into 
prosecutorial decision-making, case preparation, evidence evaluation, plea 
negotiations, and courtroom strategy. 
His firsthand knowledge of how prosecutors build cases has since become 
one of his greatest strengths as a defense attorney, allowing him to anticipate 
opposing arguments and develop effective legal strategies on behalf of his 
clients.
