Following law school, Matt Conway began practicing in the field of real estate law, 
gaining valuable experience in legal research, contract interpretation, negotiations,

Although this work expanded his legal knowledge, Matt Conway was ultimately drawn 
to litigation and public service, where he believed he could make a more direct impact 
on people's lives.
This led him to transition into criminal prosecution, serving first as a County 
Prosecutor and later as a Commonwealth Attorney in Louisville.
During his years as a prosecutor, Matt Conway handled a wide range of criminal 
cases, working closely with law enforcement agencies, victims, and the courts. 
This experience gave him an in-depth understanding of how prosecutors investigate 
cases, evaluate evidence, negotiate plea agreements, and prepare for trial. 
Today, that firsthand knowledge provides a significant advantage in his criminal 
defense practice, allowing him to anticipate prosecutorial strategies, identify 
weaknesses in the state's case, and build strong, effective defenses for his clients.
