Over the years, you've probably heard a lot of crazy weight loss advice like drinking celery juice every day and eating weight loss "cookies" instead of meals. Often these tips are promoted by people who have no health expertise. (read: Proceed with caution. ) But just as there's a lot of false weight loss advice to avoid, there's a research-backed, expert advice for people who are in the right mental health space and have weight loss as a personal goal.
