DISHWASHER CLEANING OF CRYSTALS, ELECTRICAL SURGES, 
INCORRECT ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION,INCORRECT WATTAGE 
LOADING FOR BULBS, INADEQUATE STRUCTURAL CEILING SUPPORT 
AND FORCE MAJUER.
