Steps to Solve quickbooks error 15241.
- Click the Close button in QuickBooks Desktop.
- To manage the system, select the system from the Windows start menu, and then
click Manage.
- To access Services and Applications, click on the left-hand pane.
- Select Services from the right pane.
- Select the QuickBooks File Copy Service by double-clicking it.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to Startup type in the General tab and select Manual.
- Press the Apply button.
- Press the OK button once you have selected start.
- QuickBooks Desktop should open.
- You can download the QuickBooks Desktop product updates here.
- Tables for payroll taxes should be updated.
