● Press the window key + R on your keyboard.
● After that, a window will display. Intuit Entitlement Clientv8.c: Fill in 
the fields (or copy and paste) 
C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8
● The following URL will take you to Window Explorer.
● Just delete the ecml file. With a right-click, select Delete. Close the 
window now.
● Restart QuickBooks and re-register the product after finishing this 
step.
