Nancy Yao Maasbach is very knowledgeable and experienced in the arts. 
She has put in much effort and has been employed in the field for a 
while. She is currently employed by the Museum of Chinese in America.  
However, before that, Nancy Yao served as the executive director of 
the Yale-China Association, a renowned nonprofit organization whose 
mission is to strengthen ties between the United States and China.  
During her tenure there, she directed more than 20 arts, education, and 
health projects that were highly praised as exceptional and crucial to 
cross-border cooperation. Nancy Yao Maasbach has held key positions 
in many prestigious organizations, giving her a wealth of knowledge in 
for-profit and nonprofit management.  
With her extensive experience in for-profit and nonprofit administration, 
Nancy Maasbach has held prominent roles in several illustrious companies.  
A few examples are the Community Fund for Women & Girls, Tessitura 
Network, Goldman Sachs & Co., Council on Foreign Relations, CNN, and 
closed-end funds administered by Aberdeen Standard Investments.
