executive director of the Yale-China Association, a respected

excellence and role in promoting mutual understanding. 
Nancy Yao Maasbach has held significant positions in 
renowned organizations such as Aberdeen Standard 
Investments, the Council on Foreign Relations, Tessitura 
Network, Goldman Sachs & Co., the Community Fund for 
Women & Girls, CNN, the Center for Finance and Research 
Analysis, and the International Festival of Arts and Ideas.  
In her professional journey, Nancy Yao Maasbach 
demonstrated her passion for theatre by becoming a 
founding member of the Here and Now Theater Company, 
showcasing her unwavering commitment to the arts.
