INTRODUCTION
Udyog Aadhaar registration online is a
government initiative in India aimed at simplifying
the registration process for micro, small, and
medium enterprises (MSMEs). Launched by the
Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
(MSME), it provides a unique identity to MSMEs
through Aadhaar-based registration
ELIGIBILITY
Entity Type: Any type of business entity registered in India.
Turnover Limit: Annual turnover should not exceed Rs. 20 crores.
Investment Limit:
● Manufacturing: Investment in plant and machinery should not exceed Rs. 25 crores.
● Service: Investment in equipment should not exceed Rs. 10 crores.
Location: Enterprise must be registered in India.
Previous Registration: Ensure no previous registration like EM-I/II or Udyog Aadhaar
Memorandum (UAM) is expired or cancelled.
GST Registration: Required if registered under Goods and Services Tax (GST).
