VALVE BODY
This is the main structure of the 
valve through which the fluid flows. 
It contains the inlet and outlet ports.
VALVE TRIM
The trim consists of internal 
components like the valve plug, 
seat, and other parts that control 
the flow of fluid through the valve. 
It's designed to regulate the flow 
rate and pressure.
ACTUATOR
The actuator is responsible for 
moving the valve trim to 
adjust the flow of fluid. It can 
be pneumatic, hydraulic, or 
electric, depending on the 
application.
POSITIONER
There's a positioner attached to the 
actuator. It ensures that the valve is 
opening or closing to the exact position 
required for the desired flow rate.
POSITION 
FEEDBACK
This component provides 
feedback to the control system 
about the current position of 
the valve. It helps in 
maintaining precise control 
over the process.
The bonnet covers the valve body 
and provides a seal to prevent 
BONNET leakage. Packing, usually made of 
AND materials like PTFE, surrounds the 
PACKING valve stem to prevent fluid from 
leaking out around the stem.
