Patrick Dwyer resides in Miami, Florida where he proudly
founded the Dwyer Family Foundation. Formerly with Merrill
Lynch, Patrick has a long, successful career as a wealth
advisor for high-net-worth clients. He currently works for Boston
Private, and he gives his time to a number of charitable
organizations including Telluride Science Research Center and
Key Biscayne Community Foundation. He received his MBA at
the University of Miami.

Patrick Dwyer was born into a family dedicated
to giving back to their community. A graduate
of Providence College, he received his BA in
History before continuing his post-graduate
studies at University of Miami. He is a
governing board director at the
Neuroscience Centers of Florida Foundation,
and he has had a prolific career as a former
wealth advisor with Merrill Lynch where he built
the fourth-largest private wealth team.

FOUNDATION
 Patrick Dwyer created the Dwyer Family
Foundation which supports educational initiatives
throughout Southern Florida. He was formerly a
wealth advisor with Merrill Lynch where he worked
twenty-six years managing elite wealth portfolios. In
2018 and 2019 he was named to the Financial Times
Top 400 Financial Advisors. His undergraduate at
Providence College paved the way for his post-
graduate MBA studies at University of Miami. He
believes in continuously working to better himself. 
 
FLORIDA  NATIVE
Providence College alumnus, Patrick Dwyer received a BA
in history while minoring in business. He moved on to the
University of Miami to complete his MBA before beginning
a twenty-six-year career with Merrill Lynch. He is a high-
net-worth advisor who, before leaving Merrill Lynch to work
with Boston Private, built a team of 11 members and
managed $3.8 billion. He lives in Miami, Florida with his
wife and gives philanthropically to organizations
supporting education.
